Emirates Co-operative Society was established on 16th November 1994 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in accordance with Co-operative Society law No.13 of the year 1976, and incorporated under the U.A.E., Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Ministerial decision no. 535/94 and registered under the Department of Economic Development, Dubai.

We launched this co-operative retail movement under the guidance of Rulers' of Dubai with overwhelming support of 3371 UAE nationals as shareholders with an invested capital of Dhs.30.962 million keeping in view of the following main objectives.

To provide best quality and services at reasonable price to all Shareholders and non-shareholders.
To help improve the social and economic status of the Nation.
